And many of these lucky anglers choose to venture into Downtown Juneau, visit the University of Alaska Southeast, or stroll around the airport for dinner and drinks before starting the journey back home, wherever that may be. Alaska Airlines is the primary airline that serves Southeast Alaska, so you’ll likely connect through Seattle up to Juneau before hopping aboard a seaplane en route to Angoon, Alaska. Depending on how much downtime you have before departure, we highly recommend taking in the sights or at least purchasing a souvenir in beautiful Juneau.
